N2 - Cardiac allograft vasculopathy is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in orthotopic heart transplantation. The optimal management remains uncertain, especially in left main coronary artery lesions. With the limited data available in the literature, we present a review of three pediatric cases of cardiac allograft vasculopathy, involving the left main coronary artery, treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.
