N2 - Fracture of the penis is a rupture of the rigid corporeal body. Nine consecutive patients with this malady were managed by an operative repair, which included degloving of the penis, evacuation of the hematoma, and closure of the corporeal tear. Postoperatively all patients reported excellent rigidity of a straight penis. We conclude that operative management of a fractured corporeal body is safe and effective.
