Evaluating Bonding Agent 's Effect in Microleakage of a Bioactive Restorative Material with Thermocycling and PH Challenge Test

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

To evaluate microleakage of a bioactive restorative material with and without
bonding agent, and a conventional nanocomposite. Method: Forty-eight Class V
preparations were prepared on the buccal and lingual aspects of 24 human third molar
teeth. Preps were restored with Activa with a bonding agent, Activa with no bonding agent,
and Filtek Supreme Ultra with a bonding agent. irty-six specimens were thermocycled, while
the remaining 12 non-thermocycled specimens served as controls.
