Abstract

Dietitians and health professionals will understand the relevance of normal oxidative stress brought upon by exercise and that with the consumption of an almond-raisin beverage prior to endurance exercise, individuals are protected against exercise-induced oxidative stress beyond that of a traditional commercial sports beverage.
