Abstract
Urethral prolapse after injection therapy for incontinence is rare. We report a case of early urethral prolapse in an adult woman with urinary incontinence secondary to distal urethrectomy treated with calcium hydroxylapatite (Coaptite™). © International Urogynecology Journal 2007.
